Conduct Disorder
Conduct Disorder is characterised by a persistent pattern of behaviour in which a person violates the rights of others or major societal norms. This may include aggression toward people or animals, destruction of property, deceitfulness, theft, or serious rule violations, and can affect social, academic, or occupational functioning.
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) involves a recurring pattern of anger, irritability or argumentative behaviour toward authority figures. Individuals may frequently lose their temper, refuse to comply with rules, deliberately annoy others, or blame others for their mistakes, affecting relationships and daily functioning.
Intermittent Explosive Disorder
Intermittent Explosive Disorder is characterised by sudden episodes of extreme anger or aggressive behaviour that are disproportionate to the situation. These outbursts may involve verbal aggression or physical aggression toward people, animals, or property and can significantly impact social and occupational functioning.
Our psychiatrists provide guidance on emotional regulation, impulse control
